Hi, I’m Sky! I bake the sort of food I want to eat: healthy and fuss free.

On Sky’s Kitchen, I share my healthier baking recipes. For me this means I publish almost exclusively lower fat and calorie recipes. What healthy means to you and me is different and very personal so you will find a wide range of needs catered for on my site: low calorie, vegan, gluten free, low fat, dairy free, sugar free and refined sugar free are some of my most common.

I started blogging in 2020 as a way to share my recipes. During the pandemic I got really into baking like a lot of people but struggled to find healthier alternatives of the usual fare so I decided to make these recipes myself.

I initially focused on low sugar or zero sugar recipes and since then I have diversified into the wider range above to better serve my wonderful readers. If you ever need help with as recipe or have a suggestion feel free to contact me and I promise I’ll get back to you.

Along with being healthy bakes, I always promise that my recipes are: 

  • Triple tested
  • Simple to follow
  • Full of feel good yet easy to find ingredients 

I really do believe we can bake healthier options that taste even better than their counterparts and that healthier food should be available to everyone! Even dogs (and my miniature schnauzer chepe agrees!)
